4+ years building with TypeScript and React in production.

Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features end-to-end, from database schema to API to UI, not just contributing to parts of a feature someone else designed

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment: you've made architectural decisions with incomplete information, owned the outcome, and iterated when things didn't work

Deep experience integrating with third-party APIs in production, including building resilient handling for inconsistent data, partial failures, and underdocumented endpoints. Bonus if those APIs were in payroll, HRIS, insurance, or fintech.
